  • Monday–Friday: Order by 12 PM for next-day pickup or delivery.
  • Saturday & Sunday: Please allow 2 days in advance.

Yes. Every Pavlovana is crafted with a delicate gluten-free meringue base. We honor the authenticity of traditional pavlova while ensuring a light, airy texture that feels ethereal with every bite. Please note that while the base is gluten-free, our kitchen handles various ingredients, so customers with severe allergies should contact us directly before ordering.

To maintain freshness and quality, we prepare each pavlova to order. For Monday through Friday orders, please place your request by 12 PM the previous day for next-day delivery or pickup. For Saturday and Sunday, we kindly ask for at least two days’ notice. For large events or custom letter and number pavlovas in Chicagoland, earlier booking is highly recommended.

You may choose between rich Dulce de Leche or Nutella as your filling. Our fruit options include fresh strawberries or mixed berries, selected for their natural sweetness and vibrant color. Additional fruit options such as kiwi, peach, or custom seasonal selections are available as add-ons to elevate your pavlova even further.
